Construction timeline:
Site preparation … started first week of August 2006
Phase I … completed (building enclosed) … November 7, 2006
(Dealer service training conducted in new building late-November 2006 thru late-January 2007)
Phase II … started March 1, 2007 … completed July 1, 2007
