    • A New Year’s Resolution & New Career Opportunities at Kinze

Welcome to 2014! The fresh start of a new year means it’s time to swap calendars and make some resolutions. How can we improve? What can we do better? What great things can we achieve in 2014?

At Kinze, our resolutions are pretty similar each year: Continue to design and build game-changing innovations that help growers plant and harvest more efficiently, strengthen our global market share, provide team members the resources and training they need to excel, and recruit talented professionals who can help us create the next big innovation.

Perhaps this year you have resolved to make a major career move – to finally land that ideal position that enables you to maximize your talents, grow as a professional and be compensated nicely for your hard work and contributions. If that’s the case, be sure to bookmark the Kinze careers page and check it regularly. We are continually adding exciting new opportunities in all areas of our company.

Here are some vital positions we are currently looking to fill:

HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER – Work with a senior HR leader to manage the HR department and drive strategic initiatives, and help develop and implement process improvements and ensure positive employee relations.

HRIS ANALYST – Support and maintain the Human Resource Management System (HRMS) in addition to other HRIS and HR systems that may be launched in the near future.

BUYER – Procure raw materials, parts and services, expedite orders, and handle data entry into the MRP System to support the needs of manufacturing and other areas of the company.

SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE – TECHNOLOGY SPECIALIST – Assist the Service Manager with activities related to the service and technical support of all the company’s products. Troubleshoot and resolve in-field product performance and reliability issues, and help identify and correct product quality and reliability deficiencies.
