Kinze Manufacturing has developed the Kinze Autonomous Harvest System, which enables a tractor to drive itself and is controllable via an Android tablet.
As the world’s first large-scale, truly autonomous row-crop solution, Kinze’s autonomous system is capable of completing many tasks with minimal direct human input, including planting, nourishing, maintaining and harvesting crops
This year Kinze has leased the software to a few farmers to continue testing before the software becomes available to the public.
