We’re extremely pleased to announce that Kinze COO Brian McKown has been elected to the ag sector board of the Association of Equipment Manufacturers (AEM). This is a tremendous honor for Brian who is very deserving of this opportunity. Those who know him can agree that Brian will prove to be an invaluable addition to the AEM board.

AEM is an international trade group that provides a breadth of innovative business-development resources for more than 850 member companies from the agriculture, construction, forestry, mining and utility sectors worldwide. Brian’s involvement with the AEM gives us a strong voice in defining the priorities and actions of an important association for our industry.

In his new role, Brian will help determine the strategic direction of the AEM for issues related to ag services, activities and programs, in areas including public policy, safety and regulatory standards, equipment statistics and market information, trade shows, global business development, education and training.

“I’m very excited to participate at the board level of such an important association to our industry. It is certainly a tremendous honor and I look forward to the opportunities and challenges ahead,” said McKown. “More than anything, I look forward to collaborating with my fellow board members, and working with them to provide strategies and services to agriculture equipment manufacturers that help protect, educate and advance the industry.”

Congratulations, Brian!
