High Tech Planters

The NEW 5670 pivot fold, split row planters are built on Kinze’s proven push split row unit design, utilize the latest and best in technology and performance-boosting features, and deliver enhanced productivity, increased operator convenience, and efficient serviceability. Planting both 15″ and 30″ row widths, the 5670 can be used as a dedicated narrow-row planter or a multi-crop planting workhorse.

Introduced for model year 2024, the Kinze 5000 Series electric drive row units are purposefully designed front-to-back for high-productivity planting, they arrive packed with standard features that boost productivity and minimize daily maintenance. New for the model year 2025 and offered exclusively on the NEW 5670 pivot fold planter, is the all-cast 5000 Series push split row unit.

Frames specific to each 5670 configuration are optimized for size and the features and options they carry. The 31-row model has an 11-row center section, and the 23-row a 9-row center section, to optimize the wing length and maintain a consistent seed depth. They support bulk fill hoppers, push split row units, AND optional onboard fertilizer tanks at the same time.

Automatic tank leveling is an exclusive 5670 feature that maintains equal fertilizer levels in both onboard tanks while planting on slopes to prevent overflowing the downhill tanks. Sensors in each tank work are integrated with the Blue Vantage® display to direct fertilizer flow and maintain equal tank levels. Automatic tank leveling is included with the 5670 fertilizer option.
